Global Fashion Conference – China

Martina Schiuma, our Head of Global Strategy & Partnerships, together with Andreas Schneider, CIRPASS-2 EWG3 Textile Coordinator, was invited to facilitate the Digital Product Passport (DPP) Dialogue during the Global Fashion Conference 2025, held in Humen Town, Dongguan.

The invitation to contribute to this international exchange represents a recognition of Ympact’s role in supporting the transition towards a digital ecosystem defined by greater transparency, interoperability, and circularity. Throughout the discussions, a shared perspective emerged:

“The Digital Product Passport must be conceived as a global instrument, capable of transcending industrial, geographical, and supply chain boundaries to enable the full realization of a digital circular economy at international scale.”

The event also offered an important opportunity for dialogue with local institutions and stakeholders. Ympact wishes to express its appreciation to CNTAC (China National Textile and Apparel Council) and the CTIC Sustainability Team for their warm hospitality and for fostering a constructive exchange aimed at strengthening the integration and transparency of global value chains.

Ympact’s participation in the Global Fashion Conference 2025 reaffirms our commitment to contributing to the development of international DPP standards and to supporting the sustainable and digital evolution of the fashion and textile sector.
