Fabio Castelli

Fabio brings extensive experience in managing fashion‑industry supply chains, with a particular focus on the product‑design process. He oversees the definition of internal and external production assets, supplier‑selection criteria, performance evaluation, purchasing negotiations, production planning, and quality‑assurance and quality‑control processes. He is driven by a strong passion for sustainability in fashion and a concrete commitment to reducing the sector’s social and environmental impacts.

Laura Cellini

After more than 15 years at PwC as Head of Assurance, Laura has focused since 2015 on governance, organizational well‑being, and sustainability. She has been collaborating with Process Factory since 2019, contributing to the development of the 4s PEOPLE pillar within the 4sustainability framework. Laura firmly believes that attention to people and the care of human capital are the most powerful levers for establishing truly sustainable production and business models. This is why she enthusiastically dedicates herself to advanced training activities, particularly in the areas of soft skills, organizational well‑being, and corporate governance.

Massimo Maraziti

Starting his career in the ’90s under the guidance of the leading thinkers of Total Quality Management—from Deming’s cycle to Shewhart’s x/r charts—Massimo has devoted his work to Business Process Management as a model capable of overcoming the rigidity of traditional organizations and driving results. His systemic understanding of organizations, developed over decades, allows him to move seamlessly from risk analysis to business model canvases, from process modeling to compliance, always focused on identifying the best solutions to transform business models toward true sustainability.

Francesca Rulli

She founded Process Factory in 2008 after several years of experience as a process analyst. She later launched the 4sustainability framework and assurance brand. Her work has always focused on business growth through the implementation of sustainable business models. A deep passion for sustainability and a view of change as an opportunity for growth define her work, her public speaking, and her activity as a trainer. Her ongoing commitment centers particularly on sustainability topics, chemical management — aligned with the ZDHC methodology — and sustainability reporting.

Maria Teresa Caroleo

She holds degrees in Law and Economics from the University of Florence, further specializing with a Master’s in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development and Executive Courses at the Politecnico di Milano on Innovation and Entrepreneurship. After gaining operational and managerial experience in the environmental sector, she has spent the last 14 years focusing on integrating sustainability into companies at both strategic and operational levels. She is currently a team leader in the Reporting area at YMPACT, where she develops Sustainability Reports in line with major international and EU frameworks and standards.

Francesca Tardelli

With an academic background focused on innovation and biotechnology, Francesca has always applied her expertise through a green and socially driven lens, fueled by her passion for fashion and sustainable business. After an initial experience in a major company within the tanning industry, she joined Process Factory in 2018. Sustainability and supply‑chain engagement in the fashion & luxury sector soon became her key strengths, enabling her to develop high‑level consulting and training activities.

Marco Scovacricchi

An environmental engineer specialized in the design and implementation of Chemical Management and Supply Chain Management systems, Marco has been a consultant for Process Factory since 2019. In his role, he defines strategies and pathways for replacing raw‑material mixes with more sustainable and/or certified alternatives, calculates organizational Carbon Footprints, and implements and audits management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001.

Ours is not a simple certificate of attendance. It is a training program accredited by AICQ Sicev, one of the leading competence‑certification bodies. To obtain the qualification, participants must attend at least 70% of the classes and pass a final assessment test (30 multiple‑choice questions).

Upon passing the test, you will receive the Qualification Certificate and your name will be added to the official Registry of Sustainability Managers. Participants who do not pass the test, or choose not to take it, will still receive a certificate of attendance.
