President and Co-Founder

With a deep expertise in technological innovation and industrial vision, he is the architect of Ympact's traceability platform. His leadership is focused on developing cutting-edge, interconnected technologies that provide the security, scalability, and data integrity needed to solve the industry's most complex challenges.

Co-Founder

A leading voice in the sustainable transition of the fashion industry. She is the founder of 4sustainability® and in 2021 published the book “Aware Fashionistas”. Her vision is focused on creating a concrete, measurable, and globally recognized path for companies to reduce their impact and build a truly responsible value chain.

Co-Founder

Head of Execution

Environmental Engineer, ensuring excellence in project execution and safeguarding the evolution of the 4sustainability framework. Leads consulting teams, guaranteeing adherence to plans and the quality of delivery.

Head of Technology

With over 15 years of experience in the IT sector, he defines Ympact’s technological direction. He leads the team to align digital solutions with the growth strategy, maintaining a balance between innovation, reliability, and sustainability in decision-making.

Alessandro Piceci

Head of Growth

With over 10 years of experience in scaling SaaS and tech companies, he leads Ympact’s global commercial growth strategy. He develops scalable sales processes and metrics to support international expansion and accelerate the industry’s transition.

Enrico Purgato

Head of Operations Tech

The living memory of Ympact, he translates strategies into operational reality. He coordinates the Operations team and supports the accounts in developing client projects, ensuring flawless implementation from initial setup to go-live.

Martina Schiuma

Head of Global Strategy & Partnership

Expert in open innovation, she develops Ympact’s global strategy on the digital circular economy, with a focus on traceability and the Digital Product Passport (DPP). She coordinates the ESPR Working Table and ensures Ympact’s strategic positioning.

Alessandra Silenzi

Head of Solution Delivery

Industrial Engineer, leading the end-to-end planning and management of IT projects. Translates client needs into concrete technological solutions, coordinating teams to ensure efficient, value-driven delivery.
