Ympact is committed to inclusive and transparent governance. Our model allows flexible participation, with reduced investment thresholds, ensuring broad engagement and contribution to our growth.
As Benefit Corporations, we are legally committed to pursuing environmental, social, and cultural goals alongside our economic interests.
This commitment extends to our newest group member, SBP which is also transitioning into a Benefit Corporation.
Each year, we define shared benefit objectives and publish an Impact Report to transparently track our progress.

At Ympact, we are committed to maintaining a governance structure that promotes balance, inclusivity, and transparency. Here's how we've designed our approach:

Minority shareholders hold a similar stake, with each share representing less than 2% of the total.

Shareholders have invested personally or through financial holdings, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.

The structure maintains a balanced representation between brands and supply chains, with no single shareholders holding dominant power.

The minority shareholders account for a small proportion of the overall business volume of YHub in 2025.

We embrace an open governance model, with equal thresholds. allowing anyone to partecipate.

Inclusivity and transparency are the guiding principles, ensuring a clear, solid, and fully transparent governance structure.

Our commitment to data protection

Ympact is a Data Processor: it manages data flows but in no case holds ownership; it is not a data owner. Trust is built on security. For this reason, Ympact has voluntarily adopted an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to protect its SaaS solutions dedicated to traceability, digitalization, and the management of impact data across fashion supply chains.
We have been ISO 27001 certified since 2022 and updated to the latest version in 2024, maintaining compliance with global security protocols.

We also provide comprehensive insurance coverage for cybersecurity and professional liability through CHUBB, which protects against cyber risks and data protection breaches. As data processors, our goal is not to own this information, but to deliver services that structure and optimize supply chain management processes. This is why we ensure that all data managed within our platform is secure, compliant, and accessible only to authorized parties.
